The Ministry of Finance approved province Binh Phuoc for implementation in April 2022, with 3 stages.
In that, 1 phase from April 1st to Jun 30th. The second phase, from May 1-31, and the third phase from June 1-30. Subjects to implementation included those enterprises and organizations which have announced the issuance of electronic bills; The enterprises and organizations have announced the issuance of electronic bills and the use of electronic bills; Business households and business individuals pay tax according to the method of declaration using electronic invoices.
The Provincial People's Committee requests to step up propaganda activities, advocacy and encouragement for organizations, enterprises and individual business households to apply electronic bills before the time limit of 01/7/2022 provided for in the law on tax management 38/2019/QH14. Diversify forms of propaganda, guidance through provincial electronic gateways, media, newspapers, websites,…suitable for each taxpayer./.
