From April 2022, application of electronic bills

(BP Portal) - From April 2022, the Ministry of Finance shall apply electronic bills to enterprises, economic organizations, business households and individuals doing business in 57 provinces and cities. Including Binh Phuoc province.

The application of electronic bills shall comply with the regulation on electronic bills at the Law on Tax Management, Decree 123/2020/ND-CP of October 19, 2020 provided for bills, vouchers and Circular 78/2021/TT-BTC of September 17,2021 of the Ministry of Finance.

The Ministry of Finance requests the Provincial, municipal Tax Departments to report to the people's Committees of the provinces and cities which establish steering Committees for the application of electronic bills in their localities. The provincial, municipal Tax Departments shall take the initiative in coordinating with the Provincial, municipal Information and Communications services and news and media organizations on the benefits of electronic invoices and new contents of electronic bills so that enterprises, organizations and individuals may capture and implement them. At the same time, establish an executive center for deployment and announcing hotlines to receive and support taxpayers on electricity billing./.
