Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Minh Quang -The director of the Information and Communication Service look to stress that in order to speak and provide information to the press more effectively, asking local agencies, units and agencies to further promote implementation of the provisions of law in providing information to newspapers. The heads of agencies and units should have full attention and participation in training activities organized by the Information and Communication Department so that they will enhance skills and regularly pay attention to the provincial press and electronic news portal. In the coming period, the Information and communication Services shall propose that the agencies, units and localities continue to be disseminated, tavered, well carried out their speech and to provide information to the press as prescribed; To give information to the press in all appropriate forms; Increase the application of information technology to the service of speech and to provide information to the press. Local and non-provincial press agencies, reporters and journalists should enhance the responsibility to publish, reflect honest, objective, multi-dimensional information and take seriously the regulations of conducting their activities.

Also at the conference, deputies were provided with a number of additional regulations on speech and information for the press under the Government decree 09/2017/ND-CP dated 9 February 2017.
