The Ministry of Defense conducts preparations to celebrate the 45th anniversary, "The road to Bringing down Pol Pot's genocide”

(BP Portal) - On the morning of 15 June, the Ministry of Defence working Group, led by General Hoang Xuan  Chien, party Central Commissioner, Member of Central Military Commission, Deputy Minister of Defence went to inspect and examine the preparation for the 45th anniversary of Hun Sen's "The road to bringing down Pol Pot’s genocide" (20 June 1977-20 June 2022). After the actual survey, the delegation listened in preparation for the 45th anniversary of Hun Sen's "The road to bringing down Pol Pot’s genocide" and announced other achievements at the Military Historical Site Te Chho Stela Point X16.

At the meeting, the Working Group agreed on 10 content and program for the date of the formal ceremony on 20 June 2022.

At the conclusion of the examination, General Hoang Xuan Chien insisted: This was one of the most important events, the two sides coordinated in ensuring good foreign service. Therefore, it is recommended that units take seriously the implementation, especially the seven ministries and branches concerned.
