Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee - Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong affirmed that Binh Phuoc always attaches importance to cooperation with localities of China, including Shandong province. Due to the historical and geographical context, the two countries Vietnam and China have "interrelated Mountain and water, mutual culture, similar ideals, related destiny". Therefore, the cooperation relationship between the two countries has been very good. If in the past, investment cooperation was mainly in bordering provinces or big cities, now other provinces of China also actively exchange cooperation and promote relations with Vietnam. This is a good sign and a great opportunity for the localities of the two countries.
 

By the end of 2023, China invested 27.4 billion USD in Vietnam, with 4,230 projects, maintaining the 6th place in 143 countries/regions for FDI investment in Vietnam. Chinese investors have invested in 19/21 economic sectors with foreign investment and in 55/63 provinces and cities in Vietnam. Binh Phuoc is a province in the process of rapid industrialization and development, with many favorable conditions to strengthen cooperation with Chinese localities. Chinese investors are accounting for 30% of the investment capital in Binh Phuoc province, occupying a very important position in attracting investment in the province. In which, HAOHUA Group from Shandong province has a fairly large project in the province with a capital of 500 million USD.
