INNOVATION AND ADAPTATION

Implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 11th Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Congress for more than half a term, in the face of intertwined opportunities and challenges, the propaganda ans training sector of Binh Phuoc has been proactive in adapting, being sensitive, creative, and constantly innovating to complete a large amount of work. Turning “danger” into “opportunity”, continuing the tradition of previous generations, Binh Phuoc Propaganda and training sector always “comes first to lead the way”, creating many outstanding marks, successfully carrying out “first-time” tasks with the action motto of “Pioneering - Focus - Persuasion”.

Since the beginning of the term, the entire Binh Phuoc propaganda and training sector has been proactive, innovated the content, methods, and working methods, improved the quality of advising Party committees at all levels to develop and issue many documents, actively and responsibly participated in important policies and decisions in all fields, focusing on the Action Program No. 17 of the Provincial Party Committee to implement the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, successfully organized the workshop "Binh Phuoc 25 years of the journey of aspirations to rise", 1 project, 1 directive, 1 thematic plan and many official dispatches on political and ideological work; issue implementation plans and inspect, supervise, partially review and summarize more than 20 directives and resolutions of the Party.

A very important new point and outstanding success in the past time is that it has advised the Party Committee to organize nearly 30 study sessions, thoroughly grasping the Party's directives and resolutions on a provincial scale, at times the sessions were held online at 340 venues at the same time, attracting about 23,000 cadres and party members to participate in, helping save time and resources, expanding the scale and participants. 

The application "Binh Phuoc Provincial Electronic Party Member Handbook" has been initially deployed, with more than 90% of party members having installed it, contributing to further diversifying the methods of implementing and evaluating the quality of study of cadres and party members.

Propaganda and training work has a focus, key points, concentrating on important political events, activities to celebrate the Liberation Day of Binh Phuoc province (March 23), 50 years of the liberation of Loc Ninh, 50 years of the victory of Tau O checkpoint, patriotic emulation movements, creating a positive competitive atmosphere, consensus, determination and arousing the aspiration to build Binh Phuoc homeland to be more and more beautiful, becoming an attractive destination and a livable place in the future.

Quarterly news conferences and monthly reporters' conferences held online have provided information and orientation timely to cadres, party members, and people at the grassroots. More than 700 pages and community groups on Zalo, Facebook, and YouTube have been established, maintained, and improved in terms of quality with more than 210,000 positive news and propaganda articles, creating an official and mainstream information flow from the provincial to the grassroots levels.

The work of educating Party history, and traditional history and guiding and implementing historical compilation has been focused on and concerned through many forms. The work of surveying public opinion has been proactive through the press system, social networks, through a team of collaborators, and organizing public opinion surveys on the internet. Thereby, many complex and sensitive issues related to compensation, land clearance, and local security and order have been discovered, and timely solutions have been advised, preventing "hot spots" in political ideology.

Cultural and artistic activities are organized by sectors and localities in a variety of forms, aiming to build a Binh Phuoc culture that is “diverse, unique and integrated”, and Binh Phuoc people that are “harmonious, affectionate, self-reliant, disciplined and creative”. Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and style continue to spread in the community and society, with many meaningful and practical actions…

With efforts, innovation, and creativity, the propaganda and training sector of Binh Phuoc has gradually adapted to the new context, joining effort with the Provincial Party Committee to successfully complete the assigned political tasks. The propaganda and training work contributes significantly to the party-building work in the fields of politics, ideology, and ethics, creating high consensus and unanimity among the cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees; strengthening people’s trust in the leadership of the Party and the management and operation of authorities at all levels.

DETERMINED AND DRASTIC

To further promote the role and task of advising on Party building in terms of politics, ideology, and ethics, the propaganda and trainng sector of Binh Phuoc is determined to implement it synchronously, comprehensively, and resolutely with various specific solutions. promote the work of summarizing practices and researching theories; deploy preliminary and final summaries of resolutions, directives, conclusions, and regulations of the Party to advise on the drafting of documents for Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. 

Continuing to innovate the content and methods of studying, thoroughly grasping and propagating the Party's directives and resolutions "to make the spirit of the resolution permeate among the entire Party and the entire people, making everyone realize all our victories, capabilities and difficulties, understanding clearly that our capabilities are much greater than the difficulties, making everyone happy and enthusiastic in fulfilling their duties, because when the people are happy and enthusiastic, all difficulties will be overcome".

Proactively apprehending the ideological situation, public opinion, and sabotage activities of hostile forces. Timely advising the Party Committee on leadership, ideological orientation, public opinion orientation, and information orientation. Organizing the fight against and effectively refuting false and hostile information and viewpoints, and handling complex and sensitive issues that arise. Coordinating to strictly handle organizations and individuals who take advantage of political and historical events, the situation of anti-corruption, and negativity to distort and sabotage the Party, the State, the regime, etc.

Actively propagating and mobilizing cadres, party members, and people to participate in building and developing Binh Phuoc’s "diverse, unique and integrated" culture, Binh Phuoc’s "harmonious, loyal, self-reliant, disciplined, creative" people. Investing appropriately in propaganda and training work, and foreign affairs information, promoting the image of Binh Phuoc’s homeland and people to people in the country and international friends. Discovering, encouraging, motivating, and replicating advanced examples, typical models, and good practices, spreading good cultural values in society; criticizing and fighting against bad things, ugly things, and counter-cultural things in life.

Continuing to advise the Party Committee to direct the effective implementation of Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05 on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle; associated with the implementation of the Party's policies on Party building work, especially the implementation of setting exemplary role models of cadres and Party members...

Promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation in all stages and propaganda and training activities, from sending and receiving documents and papers to organizing conferences, organizing study tours, thoroughly apprehending and assessing the awareness of cadres and party members, propagating, grasping and orienting public opinion... considering this a breakthrough to improve the quality and efficiency of work, as well as solving difficulties in the entire sector's staffing.

Celebrating the 94th anniversary of the Party's propaganda and training sector's Traditional Day, with faith and aspiration to rise, propaganda and training cadres who "dare to think, dare to speak, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, dare to innovate, dare to face difficulties and challenges and are resolute in action for the common good" will be determined to advise the Provincial Party Committee to build a clean and strong provincial Party Committee in terms of politics, ideology and ethics, contributing to arousing the aspiration to develop Binh Phuoc to be increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
