The Department of Justice announces the form of the Judicial Resume

(Binh Phuoc Portal) - The Department of Justice has just issued a written notice on the use of the form of the Judicial Resume.

Previously, on June 19, 2024, the Minister of Justice issued Circular No.06/2024/TT-BTP amending and supplementing some articles of the promulgated circulars and guiding the use of forms and forms of judicial records, effective from July 1, 2024.

In Clause 2, Article 3 of Circular No.06/2024/TT-BTP stipulates: “Two types of patterned color printed paper have been printed and issued by the Ministry of Justice for the Management Agency of the Judicial History Database to print unused judicial record cards, they will continue to be used until the end of September 30, 2024”.

However, through reviewing the form of Judicial Resume No. 1 and No. 2 (a type of patterned color printed paper that has been printed and issued by the Ministry of Justice) ordered and used by the Department of Justice of Binh Phuoc province, it is no longer sufficient to use as guided in Circular No.06/2024/TT-BTP of the Minister of Justice.

The Department of Justice of Binh Phuoc province shall notify the central ministries, departments and branches; Department of Foreign Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City, Departments of Justice of provinces, cities and agencies, branches and localities in the province are known as follows:

Judicial record card No. 1: The Department of Justice of Binh Phuoc province continues to issue on patterned color paper that has been printed and issued by the Ministry of Justice until the end of September 30, 2024 or until the end of the form (before September 30, 2024). After that, the Department of Justice of Binh Phuoc province will issue in the form of paper documents printed on white paper, A4 paper size (210 mm x 297 mm), not issued on color printed paper with patterns that have been printed and issued by the Ministry of Justice.

Judicial record No. 2: The Department of Justice of Binh Phuoc province has issued in the form of paper documents printed on white paper, A4 paper size (210 mm x 297 mm) since July 2024, not issued above the patterned color printed paper that has been printed and issued by the Ministry of Justice./.
