The leader of Binh Phuoc Province works with the Representative office of Jeollanam Province, South Korea

(BP Portal) - On the morning of 26/10/2022, The Vice President of the Provincial People's Committee - Tran Tuyet Minh hosted and worked with delegation of the Jeollanam Provincial Representative office (South Korea) in Ho Chi Minh City headed by Ha Gwang Yun, head of Jeollanam Province's Southeast Asian Representative office. At the session, the vice president of the provincial People's Committee -Mrs Tran Tuyet Minh, informed the delegation of the socio-economic situation in attracting foreign investment (FDI) in the province. At present, Binh Phuoc has over 360 FDI projects with a total capital registered over USD 3.5 billion coming from countries and territories. Of these, 88 Projects in South Korea with a total investment of more than USD 750 million ranked second in number and total FDI in the province, making an important contribution to the local socio-economic development.

Mrs.Tran Tuyet Minh - The Vice chairman of the Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee insisted that with the Protocol on Remembering that was signed by Jeollanam Province and Binh Phuoc province in late 2019 during the visit, work of the Chairman of the People's Committee in Binh Phuoc in South Korea, Binh Phuoc expected that the Representative office of Jeollanam Province will be a positive bridge to introduce more Korean businesses to invest in production and business in the areas at Binh Phuoc.
