(BP Portal) - Mrs.Huynh Thi Hang - The Chairman of the People's Council province has just signed resolution No.01/NQ-HDND dated January 17, 2023 on the adoption of Binh Phuoc provincial planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.
The province's planning perspective is to promote the advantages of industries, agriculture and services; ensure harmony and balance between regions, between urban and rural areas, in which priority is given to development for the southern region: Dong Xoai city - Dong Phu district - Chon Thanh town.
According to this Resolution, the scope and planning boundaries include the entire scope of administrative boundaries of Binh Phuoc province; the total natural area is 6,873.56 km2, at geographical coordinates from 11°22' to 12°16' north latitude, 102°8' to 107°8' east longitude. It is bordered to the north by Dak Nong province, to the south by Binh Duong province, to the east by Lam Dong province and Dong Nai province, to the west by Tay Ninh province, to the northwest by Cambodia.
The overall goal of the Plan: Striving to 2025, Binh Phuoc basically becomes a fast-growing and sustainable industrial province with a decent economic scale based on the synchronous construction of a "hard and soft" infrastructure platform. Develop clusters of industries with the potential to create more jobs with income and budget revenues. Improve the quality of life for people, narrow the gap between rural areas, ethnic minority areas, remote areas, border areas with urban areas. By 2050, it will become a modern industrial province, developing strongly and civilized. The average GRDP growth rate in the period of 2021 - 2030 will reach 9%, of which the period 2021 - 2025 will reach 8.5%, the period 2026 - 2030 will reach 9.5%, the period 2031 - 2050 will reach 8 - 9%.
Structure of economic sectors in GRDP: By 2025, industry and construction will account for about 48%; trade - services account for about 34%; agriculture, forestry and fisheries accounted for about 18%; digital economy accounts for 20%. By 2030, industry and construction will account for about 54%; trade - services account for about 35%; agriculture, forestry and fisheries account for about 11%; digital economy accounts for 30%.
State budget revenue in 2025 will reach VND 19,500 billion, in 2030 it will reach VND 30,000 billion. Export turnover by 2025 will reach 5 billion USD, by 2030 will reach 8-9 billion USD. The number of newly established enterprises in the period of 2021 - 2030 is 15,000 enterprises. Strive to rank PCI, PAPI, ICT Index by 2025 ranked 35th, by 2030 ranked 25th compared to the whole country.
Mobilization of investment capital for social development in the period of 2021 - 2030 is VND 600 trillion, of which the period of 2021 - 2025 is VND 210 trillion, the period of 2026 - 2030 is VND 390 trillion. The urbanization rate by 2025 will reach 42%, by 2030 it will reach 50%, by 2050 it will reach 75-80%.
GRDP per person by 2025 will reach 106 million VND (4.600 USD), in 2030 will reach 180 million VND (7,500 USD), by 2050 it will reach about 27,000 - 32,000 USD. The average labor productivity growth rate in the period of 2021 - 2030 will reach about 7%/year.
Tourists by 2025 will reach 2 million visitors, in 2030 reach 3.5 million visitors.
The planning of Binh Phuoc province in the period of 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, must be in line with the guidelines and development guidelines of the Party and the State; in accordance with resolution No.24-NQ-TW dated 07/10/2022 of the Politburo on socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security in the Southeast region to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
