Improve the quality and efficiency of the legal support for enterprises

(BP Portal) - On 21/4, the Provincial People's Committee issued Plan 130/Kh-UBND implementing Decision 345/QD-TTg of 05/4/2023 of the Prime Minister approving the prime Minister's plan for "Improve the quality and efficiency of the legal support for enterprises to the period 2023-2030" in the provinces.

The plan was developed to improve the quality and efficiency in the legal support for enterprises in accordance with the requirements of Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW dated 09/11/2022 of the 6th Conference of the Central Committee of the XIII Party on continuing to build and perfect the State of Socialist rule of law in the new phase, Plan No.11-KH/TW dated 28/11/2022 of the Politburo on implementation of Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW; Action Program No.36-CT/TƯ dated 01/3/2023 of the province of Binh Phuoc on implementation of Resolution No.27-NQ/TW. Ensure proactivity, unity in the direction, management, implementation and coordination of effective implementation of legal support activities for enterprises. Support enterprises to quickly and timely access to legal text system; facilitate enterprises to contribute opinions, participate in law building, create necessary conditions for law enforcement activities, help enterprises to effectively enhance healthy competitiveness.

At this Plan, the Provincial People’s Committee requires the Department of Justice to preside over and coordinate with provincial departments, departments, branches, and unions; People’s Committee of districts, towns, cities and organizations representing enterprises to implement specific content. In particular, focus on perfecting policies and laws on legal support for enterprises; reviewing and proposing to complete the relevant legislation to remove difficulties and entanglements of enterprises in business production activities.

Enhance awareness, competence and responsibility of agencies, organizations, legal workers, people who work in legal assistance for enterprises and staff of consultants and legal propagandists. Enhance propaganda, foster legal knowledge and professional skills to enhance capacity, awareness and responsibility in implementing legal support for enterprises. Increase coordination between agencies, units, localities; between state agencies and organizations representing enterprises, Lawyers’ Union, Lawyers’ Association and lawyers’ practice organizations in organizing legal support activities for enterprises.

At the same time, effectively implement legal support for enterprises, promote legal advice for enterprises through enterprise representative organizations associated with enterprise production and business activities. Enhance socialization of legal support for enterprises in accordance with the law; encourage organizations representing enterprises, enterprises, individuals participating in support, implementing projects, programs, activities of legal support for enterprises./.
