The deployment of warning messages through OA Zalo “Binh Phuoc Today” will contribute to improving the efficiency of servicing the people and enterprises while performing administrative procedures on the public service gates of the Binh Phuoc province (Dichvucong.binhphuoc.gov.vn); At the same time, to assist public employees who take part in settling administrative procedures to receive information when new documents arise.

The Department of Information and Communication recommends that the Public Administration Centre and people's Committees of districts, towns and cities list the “QR codes” of OA Zalo “Binh Phuoc Today” in the department of provincial, district and commune receiving and returning results. To promote propagation, training of citizens and businesses to scan QR codes and to “pay attention” to receive the message results of administrative procedures settlement on the Binh Phuoc provincial public service portal. Units, departments, civil servants, officials involved in resolving administrative procedures scan QR codes and click “OA Zalo”, “Binh Phuoc Today” to receive the message  when a profile is generated./.
