This fee collection is stipulated in the resolution 24/2021/NQ-NDND of December 7, 2021 of the Binh Phuoc provincial People's Council and comes into effect on December 20, 2021.
Subjects paying fees are employers when carrying out procedures so as to be granted work permits by the Vietnamese State management agency, re-granting or extending work permits to foreigners working at enterprises, agencies and units operating in the Binh Phuoc province.
Agency and unit for fee collecting: Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Binh Phuoc province, Board of management of Binh Phuoc provincial economic Zone.
Resolution 24/2021/NQ-HDND replaced Binh Phuoc's Resolution 01/2018/NQ-HDND of July 12, 2018 on the regulations for the granting of work permits to foreigners working in the Binh Phuoc province./.
