CPV Food Binh Phuoc exports first batch of processed chicken to japan

(BP Portal) - On the afternoon of October 25, 2022, CPV Food Binh Phuoc Co., Ltd held a ceremony to export the first batch of local processed chicken to the Japanese market.

Japan is known as the world’s third largest chicken meat importer (only after China and the Russian Federation). Every year, Japan’s demand for importing chicken meat reaches about 1 million tons.

C.P Vietnam Livestock JSC has the largest chicken slaughtering and processing factory in Vietnam. In this current stage, the company can process and export 1 million chickens a week (around 50 million a year). In the second stage, its capacity will be scaled up to 2 million chickens a week (around 100 million a year). Therefore, the fact that Japan’s approval of importing chicken meat of C.P. Vietnam Corporation will bring a great business chance to the company in particular and to Vietnam’s poultry breeding industry in general.
