* Positions and Functions

- Department of Finance is a specialized agency under supervision of the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC); functioning as state management agency on finance, state budget, tax, fees and other receipts of the state budget, state financial foundation, financial investment, business finance, accounting, independent auditing, prices and financial services (the field of finance as generally speaking) in province according to Vietnamese law.

- Department of Finance has legal status, its own seal and account and is under guidance and management on organization and personnel of the PPC as well as specialized guidance of  Ministry of Finance.
