The Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee welcomes and works with Samsung Vietnam

(Binh Phuoc Portal) - On March 14, 2024, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee- Mrs. Tran Tue Hien and leaders of departments, branches and cities in Dong Xoai received and worked with Mr. Choi Joo Ho - General Director of Samsung Vietnam and KFHI Organization - Korea came to greet the courtesy.
Speaking at the meeting and working, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee - Mrs. Tran Tue Hien emphasized: Over the years, the friendship and cooperation relationship of Binh Phuoc province and Korean partners has been tightened more and more. The two sides regularly maintain a friendly relationship, learn about each other’s potentials and strengths to create conditions to sign investment cooperation and support each other’s development.

Korean businesses in general, Samsung Vietnam company in particular always give Binh Phuoc deep attention, good feelings. The “Samsung Hope School” project  (Tan Thanh commune, Dong Xoai city worth about one million USD, sponsored by Samsung Vietnam Complex) is about to be started as an important event, showing social responsibility, with the mission of spreading knowledge, sharing the vision and creating the future of Samsung Vietnam Complex and the enthusiastic and responsible companionship of KFHI - Korea. Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee - Mrs.Tran Tue Hien hopes that with the advantages, Binh Phuoc will be a reliable destination of Samsung Vietnam Company as soon as possible. At the same time, it is committed to creating the most favorable conditions, in accordance with the laws of Vietnam for Korean businesses in general and Samsung Company in particular to cooperate and invest in the province, thereby promoting the exchange and socio-economic development cooperation of the two sides. On behalf of the delegation, Mr. Choi Joo Ho thanked the welcome of the leaders of Binh Phuoc province for the delegation. At the same time to emphasize: Samsung Vietnam’s combination of financing the construction of “Samsung Hope School” in Binh Phuoc in order to bring learning opportunities and extracurricular activities for students with difficult circumstances, little access to extracurricular programs and comprehensive development support for Binh Phuoc children.

Mr. Choi Joo Ho also hopes that, in the process of implementing the project, the leaders of the province and other branches and cities of Dong Xoai will pay attention, support and make efforts for the school to complete on time (06 months from the date of commencement) to put into operation, meeting the expectations of the province as well as KFHI - Korea Organization, Samsung Vietnam Complex.
 

Up to now, the whole province has attracted 413 foreign investment projects (FDI) with a total investment of 4 billion 253 million USD from many countries and territories around the world.
