With regard to the digitizing of historical documents, the Information and Communication Services propose the financial staff allotment and the allocation of the implementation funds; The Archives department developed the year 2022, with an estimated budget of 2 billion VND.
At a working session, after hearing the comments of her members, Mrs. Tran Tuyet Minh asked the Information and Communication Department to assume the prime responsibility in coordinating with the service delivery unit and the provincial Public administration Center in organizing training and professional guidance to officials and civil servants on one stop shops of the district and commune levels and the equivalent in online payment, invoices and receipts. At the same time, the General Staff builds up a one-year report on the implementation of a Provincial Committee resolution on digital transformation and mass online learning plans according to plans of the Ministry of Information and Communication. In addition, review the digital transformation plans of departments, departments and branches so as to accommodate their staff./.
