Industrial production continues to flourish

The province's industrial production index for February 2022 was 83.37% compared with the previous month and 118.61% compared with the same period for 2021, according to a report by the provincial Bureau of Statistics. By 2021, the province's industrial Production Development Index had risen 20.94 percent on aggregate. Some products significantly increased from the same period in 2021: poultry food rose 161.28%, frozen chicken rose 92.26%, shoe manufacturing services, footwear rose 91.79%, wood plywood and similar materials increased 60.97%, plastic packaging increased 57.54%.

This was due to the strong willingness of many businesses to invest in science and technology, to invest modern equipment in production processes, to increase product quality and save cost, to reduce product cost, to limit waste, and to increase competitiveness./.
